1.5 kilos chicken breasts, (skin on)
1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, fresh ginger
2 tbs smooth honey
2 tbs light soy sauce
Apple, Maple, Oak or Hickory wood smoking chips
Finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger and mix together with the honey and soy sauce in a large bowl.
Add the chicken breasts, mix well, refrigerate and allow to marinate for 2 hours.
Prepare your Muurikka Electric Smoker as instructed. You can also add a dash of white wine and fresh ginger to the woodchips (optional)
Once ready, place the chicken in the Electric Smoker and Smoke between 30 – 35 minutes.
Serve with stir-fried vegetables or salad.
