SALT CURED SALMON RECIPE
MUURIKKA ELECTRIC SMOKERS
If you're after the simplest, most delicious hot smoked salmon cure recipe then look no further.
Smoking fish really doesn't get any easier than this.
1kg salmon fillet, skin on, deboned
1 tblspoon Iodised Rock Salt
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1/2 cup water (or more if preferred)
Place the salmon on the grill tray provided with your electric smoker and lightly sprinkle the salmon fillet with the Iodised Rock Salt
Prepare your electric smoker by arranging wood chips, brown sugar and sprinkling water.
Insert the tray into the electric smoker.
