Smoked Mixed Potato Recipe
in the Muurikka Electric Smoker
* 4 large baking potatoes
* 4 sweet potatoes
* Spicy sauce of your choice
* fresh chopped herbs
- Halve the potatoes then and add a little butter to the cut side. *Add salt and pepper and season with your choice of chopped herbs.
- Dip the potatoes in a spicy rub (optional).
- Prepare your Muurikka electric smoker and place the potatoes skin side down in the smoker.
- Smoke the potatoes in the Electric Smoker for around 40 minutes until cooked through.
Serve with a dash of lime and/or sour cream (optional) and your choice of delicious extras.
