Hot Smoked Salmon with Maple Syrup Recipe

Ingredients:

Rock Salt
60 ml Maple Syrup

     

    Hot Smoked Salmon Muurikka Electric Smokers
     

     

    Instructions: 

    Lightly sprinkle some rock salt on the salmon fillet and refrigerate for ½ hour.

      After this time, rub the rock salt off and spread the Maple Syrup over the salmon fillet ensuring it’s totally covered.

        Prepare your Electric Smoker.
          Once ready place the fish on the grill tray and insert into the smoker.
            Smoke for app 25 minutes.

              Remove the salmon from the smoker and serve with your favourite side choice.

              Note:  You can also serve the salmon up on a bed of rice.
