Ingredients

1kg Whole prawns
200g Mayonnaise 
4 Garlic cloves 
2 Limes
2tbs Mustard
2tsps Chopped herbs
Salt & Pepper
Chopped red chilli (optional)

    Method

    For the sauce:
    Grate the peel of one lime and mix with the mayonnaise. Add the juice from both limes. Add Mustard, chopped garlic and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
      For smoked prawns place the prawns in the Muurikka Electric Smoker and smoke the prawns for about 15-20 minutes.
        Serve with the dip.
