SMOKED WHITE FISH BRINE RECIPE
Muurikka Electric Smoker
You can smoke any type of white fish in our electric smoker.
An easier option is to lightly sprinkle iodised rock salt on the fish and then place in the electric smoker and cook for the recommended time.
If you prefer making your own brine, try our simple recipe.
1/2 cup salt
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
4 Cups water
Place fish in brine. Refrigerate overnight.
Remove fillets and lightly rinse before placing in the Muurikka Electric Smoker. Pat dry and sprinkle with paprika.
Prepare the Electric Smoker with desired wood chips and/or herbs and insert fish.
Smoke for approximately 20 - 25 minutes.
