Smoked Whole White Fish Recipe

Throughout history different types of food have been smoked, and used as a preservative.
 

Nowadays fish and other meats are generally smoked for the delicious, smokey taste and flavours which is imparted in the Muurikka Electric Smoker, during the cooking process.

You can try adding fresh dill to your wood chips before placing in the food smoker.

 
Ingredients: 

1 Whole White Fish
1 Lemon
1 Bunch parsley
2 tsp Oil
Sea Salt and White Pepper

Instructions:
Slice several grooves to the top of the fish.


Season the fish thoroughly with salt and pepper. Let the fish rest for 20 minutes.


Chop the parsley and sprinkle on to the fish.

Cut the lemon in to slices and place on the fish.

Secure the fish with cocktail or kebab sticks and brush with oil.

Smoke in the Muurikka Electric Smoker for around 30 minutes or until the top fin comes off easily.
